If you love America’s military and are proud of our history in keeping the world safe for Democracy, you are going to have a real problem with what follows.
Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin is on a mission to indoctrinate America’s Armed Forces with both the “critical race theory” and “gender identity,” both based on Marxist ideology.
And he is also willing to skirt the truth about his efforts.
Fox News reported that the Biden administration has launched an extensive diversity and equity initiative in the military. It has a special emphasis on both of the topics listed above.
According to a report obtained by Fox News Digital, this effort has critically weakened our U.S. Armed Forces.
The report is from Florida Sen. Marco Rubio and Texas Rep. Chip Roy, and it focuses on how the military under Biden’s leadership, has allocated resources to “root out extremism” within its ranks. It is doing this by promoting radical left-wing ideas on race and gender.
In the report, Rubio and Roy write, “Our military’s singular purpose is to provide for the common defense. It cannot be turned into a left-wing social experiment. It cannot be used as a cudgel against America itself. And it cannot be paralyzed by fear of offending the sensibilities of Ivy League faculty lounges or progressive pundits. The world is a dangerous place, and the Biden administration’s insanity is eroding our greatest source of security in it.”
The left’s commitment to “wokeness” is hard to take in universities around the nation, but it is especially out of control in the most powerful military force in the world.
To restate a familiar quote, “War is hell,” and as Rush Limbaugh used to say, in war you “kill people and break things.”
Fox News reported that less than a month after Biden appointed Austin as Secretary of Defense, he directed his commanding officers at all levels to discuss extremism in the ranks. But the Biden administration’s own report from their “Countering Extremist Activity Working Group,” later identified less than 100 cases of extremism from the 2.1 million active forces. That is .005%.
The report also revealed that at our military academies, the approach to education is from an “antiracist” perspective. They ask our soldiers to “center their understanding” of American society on an acknowledgment of our “racist” past and present.
Department of Defense and Biden Administration Deny Claims They Promote Critical Race Theory
Despite what has been clearly reported, the Department of Defense and the Biden administration keep claiming that they don’t promote critical race theory in the way that it has been taught in public schools across the nation.
Sen. Rubio told Fox News Digital that race-based initiatives in the military become a distraction to soldiers and therefore a direct threat to American security.
The military should be focused on building a case for American greatness and a desire to protect our nation, instead, we are teaching our soldiers “woke” ideology.
Rep. Roy said, “The Department of Defense’s priority should be training the men and women of our Armed Forces to be a united, lethal and battle-ready force primed to defend the United States and her interests at a moment’s notice. Instead, Biden’s woke Pentagon is using taxpayer dollars to promote blatant anti-American ideology.”
While our soldiers are being inundated with our racist past and are being taught what pronouns to use and those not to use, Communist China’s leader, Xi Jinping is rallying millions of soldiers to focus on one goalL world domination. And they will get it with military might and economic power.
Military leaders in China, as well as other threatening neighbors, must be pleased that we are focused on confusing gender issues.
