Donald Trump Expected for Campaign Rallies This June

Former President Donald Trump will resume his trademark and popular rallies this June. Trump advisers confirmed these events, which will take place in key states.

Trump’s rallies are a sign of him growing more prominent for his followers, rejoining the spotlight since he left power in January of this year.

His appearances in television and media and his interactions with followers have dropped sharply following his suspension from social media. Recently, Twitter and Facebook extended Trump’s ban.

Since Trump left the presidency he has made statements through conservative media outlets and close representatives. He’s been critical of Biden’s agenda and has doubled down on claims of having won the 2020 presidential elections.

The New York Post was the first to report of the two expected rallies. Locations are still in discussion, but one event will be in June and another in July.

Rallies have yet to be formally announced. Experts predict that these events will be similar to the campaign rallies Trump hosted when running for reelection in 2020.

Trump rallies are popular and loud, having large attendance of devoted fans. They’ve become a staple of his 2016 and 2020 runs and of his presence at large.

Trump’s appearances in rallies suggest he is gearing up to show support for candidates of different offices and maybe preparing his team for a run for White House in 2024.

In a recent interview with Candace Owens, Trump teased his potential run for office, saying that his followers would be very happy with his upcoming announcements.

Fervent support

Trump remains a prominent figure within the GOP, having fervent supporters and a handful of vocal opposers.

He recently endorsed different candidates, among them, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, former White House press secretary. Huckabee is running for governor of Arkansas.

Trump also backed Rep. Elise Stefanik as a replacement for Liz Cheney, who was dropped by GOP House leadership after making claims against Trump.

Stefanik has had a less conservative track record than Cheney, but she is a big Trump supporter and has the support of important members of the GOP.

For the summer, Trump is spending his time in his hotel in Bedminster, New Jersey. He will make an appearance there at his first PAC gathering, which will take place in his New Jersey resort.
